There was a lot of great racing done by
the TEAM RICE kids. These kids are true battle warriors as they fought not
only the other competitors, but the elements as well. They raced in the
blistering heat, raging wind, and sandblasting dust storms that nearly stripped
the paint off the frames. We are all truly proud of our young warriors,
and hope to see more of them all in the near future, though preferably someplace
that does not have 105 degree heat in the day and lightning storms at night.
As bad as the weather was however, the club members and people from Colorado
were exceptionally great, being as gracious a host as you can be to 397 race
cars and their respective crews that go along with them.
